DOORSTEP RESERVATION POLICY

1. Nature of Service and No Online Contract
This website operates strictly as a delivery reservation system for age-restricted products. By submitting an order request on this website, you are reserving goods for a personal doorstep delivery service. No legal contract of sale is formed online, no payment is processed or accepted on this website, and no transfer of ownership occurs at the time of your online submission. A binding contract of sale is only completed at the physical point of delivery when payment is successfully authorised and age has been verified.

2. Payment and Age Verification Options
To strictly comply with UK age-gating regulations for nicotine and vaping products, all transactions must be finalised directly at the doorstep using one of the following two secure methods:

  • Option A (Fena Pay by Bank): You may scan the delivery driver's Fena QR code using your mobile device. By completing the Open Banking transaction, you authorise Fena to securely verify against bank KYC records that the account holder is 18 years of age or older[fena.co/blog/pay-by-bank-express-checkout-what-it-is-how-it-works-and-why-uk-merchants-are-adding-it].
  • Option B (Cash Payment): You may pay by cash at the doorstep. If cash is selected, the vendor will perform a manual face-to-face age verification before accepting funds or releasing the goods.

3. Challenge 25 Physical ID Policy
We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy upon delivery for all orders, regardless of payment method. If you appear to be under the age of 25, you must present a valid, physical form of photo identification to the delivery driver before the transaction can be finalised. Only the following forms of identification are legally accepted:

  • A valid UK or International Passport
  • A valid UK Photocard Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
  • Any valid commercial ID card bearing the official PASS Hologram (Proof of Age Standards Scheme, e.g., CitizenCard)

Digital IDs, smartphone screen captures, or paper photocopies will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Mismatched Accounts and Proxy Purchasing
Under UK law, proxy purchasing (buying age-restricted vaping products on behalf of a minor) is a serious criminal offence.

  • To prevent underage sales, the name on your online reservation must match the name on the physical photo ID presented at the door.
  • If using Fena, the name must also match the bank account holder completing the transaction.
  • Cash cannot be accepted from a minor on behalf of an adult. We reserve the absolute right to refuse the sale and withhold delivery if we suspect proxy purchasing.

5. Right to Refuse Service and Banning Policy
Because no funds are exchanged online, any failed doorstep verification results in an immediate, zero-liability cancellation of the online reservation request. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. We reserve the absolute right to permanently block and ban any user profile, mobile number, or delivery address from making future reservations if they fail a doorstep age check, attempt proxy purchasing, or display abusive behaviour toward the delivery driver.
